The clinic was established on Valentine's Day, 2000 by Dr Michaela Keen BVSc. Our clinic’s logo reflects our core values – love of all creatures and providing personal, professional, high quality pet care – celebrating the human-animal bond.
The clinic currently employs 4 veterinarians, 3 vet nurses and 2 pet groomers and a Practice Manager.
We are open 7 days: Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 9am-12pm and Sunday 10am-1pm.
We are 1 of the few Clinics here in Newcastle, that continue to provide a full 24 hour emergency service for our valued clients and their pets.
